After experiencing heartbreak in her life, the British singer Adele is in love again. Adele was seen cuddling up, hugging and smooching with her new boyfriend, Simon Konecki, on holiday at the Everglades National Park near Miami, Florida on Monday, 9 January 2012. The singer has cancelled all remaining gigs on her recent tour due to a recent throat condition; however, the love life has brought a smile to Adele's beautiful face. The couple spent time going on an alligator spotting tour on an airboat and then hugging by the side of the river.

The 'Someone Like You' hitmaker first met the CEO of Drop4Drop, Simon Konecki, when she showed interest in his charity. After immediately falling for each other, the pair went on their first date at The Ginger Fox pub in West Sussex where Simon Konecki invited Adele for lunch. An insider told about the date, “They were holding hands across the table. It was really sweet. They looked smitten, but they left pretty quickly to avoid attention. And he paid”. Reportedly, the 23-year-old Chasing Pavements hitmaker, who started dating the 36-year-old in October, is looking for a property near Simon's home and business in Brighton.

The 36-year-old Simon Konecki is the CEO of Drop4Drop, a charity based out of Brighton which works to bring access to clean water to people in developing countries around the world. Simon’s embarrassing nickname is “Swampy” and the man explained the unusual name on The Grocer magazine, “When I was in the City they used to call me Swampy, after that kid who tunneled under Manchester Airport runway. Probably due to my long hair and Leftie views”.

Konecki, 36, was said to be “very attentive” with his new love during their hour-long boat tour, describing, “He watched her every move, especially when she was on the dock and on the boat. He wanted to make sure she didn't fall into the water” and “They were lovey dovey with one another [and] very into each other”

Adele, who is currently recovering from an operation on her throat and is expected to return to performing in the next couple of months, “seems really happy” during the holiday

Simon Konecki is the reason why Adele decided she would start posting actual Tweets with her own fingers and thoughts. She appealed to her fans to start following the charity and said if 10,000 of them did, she’d start Tweeting
